The filters arrived ahead of schedule and were in good condition. Also, upon checking with filters installed mid last year, were exact same. The representative that I worked with was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.

Unlike previous orders, this year's shipment arrived in pristine out packaging but with torn and misshapen filters.  

Over the past several years, the price advantage (even with the "return 8" offer) has diminished while the attention to detail by seller has gone away.

This is one of the few companies who offer the "true" Amana/Goodman filter for this item, not a knock-off.  I received the order within 4 days, it was in excellent shape, and as I had instructed them, they had marked "Do Not Crush" on the outside of the shipping box.  I will definitely order from this company again.
