Aprilaire has introduced their new, Odor Reduction Merv 13 media filter. The highly specialized media used to manufacture this filter contains activated carbon and is 75% effective at removing airborne impurities less than 0.3 microns in size.
Fits Aprilaire air cleaner models 1210, 1620, 2210, 2216, 3210, 4200. The 213 CBN can replace filter part numbers 213, 210, 216.

The filter I received was as described on the website and seems to be working well. It does feel like it adds an extra element of freshness to the air when my system is operating. Before purchasing the filter I shopped around the internet for competitive prices. Filtershipping.com was by far the cheapest, even though you have to pay for shipping. The filters arrived in 3 business days. If filtershipping.com offered some free shipping then they would be the bomb! Aside from that everything went well from start to finish and I would purchase more filters from this website in the future based off this experience.
