MERV 4 Premium Disposable is designed to operate in most light commercial and residential HVAC systems with airflow speeds at or below 1400 CFM. With virtually the same pressure drop as the lightest duty fiberglass filters on the market, the MERV 4 Premium disposable not only protect HVAC equipment, but also provides a MERV 4 filtration efficiency compared to MERV 2 fiberglass filters. The MERV 4 Premium disposable maintains a high efficiency while reducing the cost to operate HVAC systems.
Great for older systems! Many older HVAC systems with bent fins or old HVAC components and ducts have previously been restricted to using filtration products with the lowest pressure drop to maximize the airflow distributed throughout the system. By using the BestAir PRO MERV 4 Premium Disposable, these older systems can now provide virtually the same airflow speed and also provide a MERV 4 level efficiency to protect not just the system components, but also the occupants!
