Annoyed May 17, 2018 Reviewer: Colleen Brown from Pinehurst, TX United States   Our package has not been delivered by Fed Ex. Trying to reach them now. the shipment has been in North Little Rock, AR since last Thursday!!!! Today is Thursday, May 3rd So sorry you have not received your filters.  I checked with Fed Ex and unfortunately the truck was in an accident and everything was damaged.  Not sure why Fed Ex did not inform us about this.  We are shipping out new filters to you today.  Please contact us, Filter Shipping if there is ever a problem with your order and we will check into it for you.  We do appreciate your business. Not the name brand May 16, 2018 Reviewer: HGM from USA   I thought, since the manufacturer had referred me to your company, that I was purchasing their brand, but it was a no-name brand. That should have been made clear by the person I spoke to.  Sorry you think you received no name filters.  I was concerned after reading your comment that maybe you received the wrong filters by mistake, because we sell OEM products.    After talking to you, we figured you did get the right OEM product.  You thought that Five Seasons, the manufacturers name would be on the filters, but they don't put their name on them.  They make them for Amana, Goodman and Totaline..  So I am glad I spoke with you and we found that you did get the right OEM product and not a no name brand.  Thank you for your purchase, we do appreciate your business!  The filters you bought are really a great filter and can last up to a year.  Linda, Filter Shipping Was this review helpful to you?

Once Again They Delivered March 30, 2018 Reviewer: Theodore Thomas from Millsboro , DE United States   3rd time i've ordered from them and 3rd time i've been pleased.  Used two other on-line companies before i found Filter Shipping and the other two were nowhere as good as Filter Shipping.  I only wish they had an option to the FedExp next day...it is expensive.  Why not offer a less expensive option that may take a few days to ship/arrive. So glad to hear you are happy with are filter company.  We are a small family business and we are always glad to hear from happy customers.  We really appreciate your business! Unfortunately on shipping there is not a slower alternative to ship out our filters.  Fed Ex, UPS and the Post Office have very few options for shipping packages.  I wish they had another option because I know the shipping is very expensive, we pay the same as you do.  I would like nothing better than to have a less expensive way to ship.
