My rating is due to the shipping charges
I haven't replace the filter in my furnace as yet but the product looks like it will be fine.  Most likely will not be ordering from you again.  Your shipping charges are way out of line.  To spend a total of $41.51 for a filter whose cost to me should be $25 at the most.  Because it's an odd size I do need to order it special but not pay a 50% shipping charge.


I understand your concerns regarding shipping charges.  Unfortunately, Fed Ex set the price on shipping.  We don't have any control over that.  I wish it could be less for our customers as well because we pay the same as you.  What I tell customers if they call us is that is better to order more than one filter at a time because to ship out 2 is not double the price on shipping,  most of the time it is only a few dollars more.  You can as use a coupon code to save 5% off and as a returning customer you can save 8%.  We are also located in IL, in Marengo.  If you are ever in this area you can always pick them up from our shop.
