Shipping
All products ship within 3 business days. If an item is on back-order we will notify you within that time frame with an estimated ship date.Items marked **FREE SHIPPING** do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii. Please contact us for shipping costs. 

Returns and Exchanges
Please email us at sales@filtershipping.com for a RA# (Return Authorization #) and to identify if you want to exchange or receive credit. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges. We will pay for shipping both ways if it is a mis-shipped product.

Damage
If your filters arrived damaged please contact us at sales@filtershipping.com. We will handle the claims process with FedEx, which typically takes 3-5 business days to resolve. Once it has been resolved with FedEx we will either send you replacement filters, at no charge to you, or let you know FedEx's decision and steps to take.


Lost/Stolen Package Policy
Unfortunately, stolen packages have become a national problem. When you order from FilterShipping.com, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once the shipper delivers the order, the package becomes your responsibility, so it is important to check your tracking so that you know when the package has been dropped off. If you are not home during package delivery hours, we suggest having your package delivered to your workplace or to a neighbor or relative’s home. If you suspect your packages are being stolen and delivering elsewhere is not an option, you may want to invest in a lockbox (one the delivery service can lock after dropping the package in), or a security system with camera. Sometimes even a “fake” security system can be enough to deter package thieves. Unfortunately, FilterShipping.com cannot provide a remedy for lost or stolen packages once the delivery service has dropped them off; however, if you suspect the package was delivered to the wrong location, following up with the delivery service might be helpful.
