This is the third time I've ordered filters and I select "re-order" on the Amazon website. Now my past orders included 2 filters (which is what I need) and this time I received only 1. If I am a repeat buyer and I re-order an item I expect the order to be the same product and quantity-thus the term "re-order." Second, problem that I didn't notice since the quantity changed was a price increase of 20% in cost. Overall dissatisfied, and will not re-order again.
